Growing up, Sticky struggled with reading, writing and dyslexia. Art was an escape for him. No right or wrong, just making art. Sticky gets his inspiration from animals and big cities, like New York, Berlin and his home, LA. 
He has worked with multiple action sports brands such as Volcom, Von Zipper, Grenade Gloves and Lib Tech snowboards, where he got five snowboards and one skateboard, designed with his art.

Sticky Shaw is a painter, designer and has toured with some of the coolest bands with his mech. When you are walking around the streets of Venice Beach look down, you might see one of his street stencils.
